For the past month Nick and Eric have been very busy. The boys have framed in all of the rooms and installed the heat tubes for the upstairs in floor heating system. The outside of the house is almost completely done! The siding is finished and the deck is half way there! Stucco is now complete as well! Nick in his spare time has been doing plumbing *which is almost complete and the required air to air heat exchange (HRV). Here are some pictures that capture some of their hard work.

| Notice the tubes on the floor, they will heat the floor which will be our main heat source. The tubes will be covered with concrete and then we will lay bamboo flooring on top of the concrete.
